We purchased 2 storm doors from Morningstar a few weeks ago. Danny was so knowledgeable and personable and he was not at all pushy! We felt like we knew him for years, lol! He recommended ProQual for the installation and he made us feel very confident using this installer. Our doors came in sooner than expected and Mark from ProQual did a great job installing our beautiful doors! We would highly recommend Morningstar as well as ProQual!!

Was recently helped out by Justin from the Service Dept. Who was able to assist me ordering a replacement screen for basement hopper windows which I purchased a few years ago. He went out of his way to take care of my issue. This company stands behind the products they sell.

I was referred to Morningstar by a contractor friend of mine and could not be happier with my decision to go with them. The windows are top of the line and the cost was very competitive. Perhaps the best part is the customer service - during construction 2 of the screens were inadvertently damaged and needed replacement - I ordered them and Jordan came to my house personally on 2 occasions to install them and make sure I had no other issues. He took time to make an adjustment to a bay window that I felt was a bit tight to lock. The product and employees like Jordan are why I now recommend Morningstar

Excellent Company, with Excellent Customer Service. There are many companies out there that will sell you anything. Morningstar windows and doors has always stood behind their products. Their staff is extremely knowledgeable from sales to service. Jordan in the service department always goes above and beyond for me. When I decided what kind of door I wanted for my entryway by far Morningstar was the right decision. The service is exceptionally knowledgeable and friendly. They put me right at ease compared to the home improvement stores. This job exceeded our expectations when Mark was finished and he cleaned up so well. Mark is a real craftsman it was a big project and he did a marvelous job! I highly recommend Morningstar and Mark!
