I grew up in the Washington, DC area and graduated from the University of Maryland in 1996. In 2001, I received a DDS degree from Columbia University in New York City and joined the US Navy. I completed a General Practice Residency at the National Naval Medical Center in Bethesda, Maryland and served in Atsugi, Japan and Washington Navy Yard.
After fulfilling my military commitment I accepted a position as a general dentist in a group practice in Southern Maryland. As a Washington, DC area native I was excited to have the opportunity to open Walsh Dental Care in Lorton, VA in the fall of 2009. My goal is to provide exceptional dental care to people of all ages in a professional, caring and fun environment.

At Walsh Dental Care we provide comprehensive dental services for the entire family. We offer preventative, restorative, cosmetic, and emergency dentistry to adults and children. Our office offers Nitrous Oxide ("laughing gas") for patients with anxiety associated with dental visits. It causes a calming effect when inhaled, keeping the patient relaxed and comfortable throughout the procedure.
