Very bad experience went to orientation in with a lazy aide for 10 hours she did nothing but talk bad about the company and be on her phone the entire shadow . They made it seem like they had plenty of shifts but in reality nothing never worked a shift after shadowing .I told them I wanted per diem shifts on the weekends only they couldn't find anything after being on call for over 3 months then had me show up for in-service and I never worked any shifts .If you are a CNA go other places sent me a letter in the mail firing me because I they couldn't find me work upon hire date way in August 2021
