My daughter works here she loves her people, she is so caring. She has such a soft heart for her residences. If I were in there I would want her to be the one who took care of me because she truly cares.

Very rude. They will tell you anything. They refused to speak to me on the phone. All they care about is money. Thank god my father went somewhere else. Asked for written copy of their covid guidelines and they refused and went as far as calling the sheriff office.yes I called multiple times but all I wanted was clarification of the covid guidelines. All I asked for was there guidelines and they refused. I even called corporate and they refused and said an attorney would have to request it. If you really love someone do not put them in this facility. .

I contacted the facility to get some information and pricing. I told them we were just in the information gathering stages and the information was for myself and an aunt at this stage. We were not looking to make any moves now and my family member was not aware of our research for "what if" one day. Next thing we know my family member get information regarding her request from the facility...which she was clueless about. It has been a nightmare becaise she now thinks we are trying to get rid of her. I havr been heartbroken about this and that was not ok.

I have made so many friends while being here and it truly makes a difference in my life. To have so many people greet me in the hallways always make my day. The staff that work here are always friendly and help me any time of day or night. I love animals and the therapy dog Charlie that comes in every Wednesday is always a highlight to my week. I highly recommend anyone looking for a retirement community to come to Blue Ridge Assisted Living.
