
Dental implants offer an excellent alternative to the limitations of dentures, bridges, and missing teeth. Dr. Sam must be a rock star since he performed four teeth extractions, two impacted wisdom teeth extractions and a bone graft all in a little under an hours time. I went in there under a great deal of pain and walked out with nominal soreness.

Dental Surgery can cause anxiety or fear within us, Fortunately, modern anesthesia technology now makes it possible to perform even complex surgeries in the dental office with little or no discomfort to the patient where the primary goal is to provide the patient with the most comfortable, safe, and convenient care possible.
Pre-Op Care

If you chose to have Oral or intravenous sedation, do not have anything to eat or drink, including water, for 4 to 6 hours before surgery. If you take medications regularly, you should take them with small sips of water at the regular time. Also, any additional medications which might be prescribed to you by our office should be taken with small sips of water as directed.
Post-Op Care
Report
Take prescribed medication as indicated by the doctor immediately following your surgery. If instructed by your doctor, you should take over the counter ibuprofen or Advil every 4 hours continuously for the first two days. Take the first dose immediately and before the local anesthesia has worn off.
