While we continue to accept new patient applications, there is currently a 30- to 60-day hold on scheduling new patient appointments. Once we have your application, we will put you on the hold list and contact you as soon as possible. When you make an appointment, be sure to let our staff know the nature of your visit (sports physical, ear pain, etc.) and also if you have several questions or concerns to discuss at your visit.
