Services
Therapeutic Massage
Therapeutic massage combines Swedish, deep tissue, and specialized techniques to relieve muscle tension, improve circulation, and promote relaxation. Our certified therapists tailor sessions to address chronic pain, stress, or injury recovery. This service benefits clients seeking physical rehabilitation, stress management, or preventative wellness care.
Craniosacral Therapy
Craniosacral therapy uses gentle touch to release tension in the central nervous system, addressing migraines, TMJ, and stress-related conditions. Practitioners work with clients fully clothed, applying light pressure to the head and body. This non-invasive treatment supports neurological health and overall relaxation.
Prenatal Massage
Prenatal massage addresses the unique needs of expectant mothers, relieving back pain, swelling, and stress. Certified therapists use specialized positioning and techniques to ensure safety and comfort throughout pregnancy. This service supports maternal well-being and prepares the body for childbirth.
Reiki Healing
Reiki sessions channel universal energy to clear blockages, reduce stress, and promote emotional balance. Practitioners work through light touch or near-body movements to restore energy flow. This complementary therapy supports clients seeking spiritual renewal alongside physical wellness.
Lymphatic Drainage
Lymphatic drainage uses rhythmic strokes to stimulate immune system function and reduce fluid retention. This gentle technique benefits post-surgical recovery, detoxification, and chronic swelling management. Sessions focus on enhancing the body's natural cleansing processes through targeted manual therapy.

As a physician and a healthcare executive, I am very sensitive to the provision of high quality wellness offerings with the best customer experience possible. Back in Touch fit the bill completely! My experience can be summarized by the word Excellent. Easy access, easy parking, safe, comfortable surroundings, followed all the CDC COVID-19 mitigation practices. My Massage Therapist was outstanding, very in-tuned and carefully listening to my needs. The massage was really therapeutic and the wellness element was present throughout. Clearly, my Massage Therapist (Ashley) is an expert at energy flow

My massage from Kristina was amazing. She was super professional and addressed my pain issues with a calm touch that felt supportive and effective. I was stressed and in pain when I arrived and all was better when I left. No headache, no hip pain, no backache and it even helped to lower my blood pressure! The only thing that I, personally, didn't care for was the covid protocol and having to wear my mask during the massage. There were a lot of stairs to climb getting there and I was a bit winded coming in, and couldn't get a good breath so I allowed my mask to come down from my nose. I was asked

Very disappointed in their cancellation policy. I was charged a whole massage due to my daughter getting ill and I had to pick her up at daycare and couldn't make my appointment. I offered to reschedule it (understanding that this is income for a therapist), but that wasn't acceptable. I would understand if they charged a flat fee but the entire massage seemed excessive. When asked about their policy they said due to the climate right now they had to hold the line. I find that disappointing given almost every other business is MORE flexible with Covid and illness so that we keep people safe.

Ive been going to Back in Touch for several years and firmly believe, in order to work there, you must have a superpower. Each therapist offers something unique and special. I have been pleased time and time again, finding that the massage therapists seem to connect with what my body needs. Hannah had done a particularly amazing job helping me with some chronic issues. Her understanding of muscles, movement and finding the right approach to get into my most painful spots, without overdoing it, blows my mind. She has a special gift, no doubt.

Had knee replacement surgery 6 weeks earlier, requires muscles to make a lot of adjustments. Leigh really helped me get that much closer to feeling normal.

I booked a deep tissue massage with Lee and it was excellent! This place has a cozy vibe and theres plenty of reading materials if you show up too early. Google might misdirect you so look for the shopping center area where UPS is also located.
