I have lived here for a year and a half now, I really enjoy this place. The apartment staff and managers are very understanding and respond very quickly to emails and my needs. They seem to genuinely care about the residents that live here. It’s a mixed community of families, young adults, elders, and mix of cultures. Many residents are respectful. The apartments are clean and kept up to date. Highly recommend.

I have lived in this complex for quite some time, and I’ve let a lot of things slide, especially since new management took over. But this I cannot. I’m currently quarantined in my apartment with confirmed positive COVID. We are scheduled to have smoke detectors installed and I contacted management to tell them that we would need to reschedule our day due to my illness. I was told Friday this would be no problem. Today, I’m sleeping in my apartment in my underwear and I wake up to a man standing in the doorway of my bedroom. I stated he couldn’t be here and I have COVID. He was thankfully

Really office people are great but maintenance guy really doesn’t know what he is doing. Sometimes ago, we had dryer problem and he kept insisting there is no problem. Finally those people who own the machine came and after checking they said the dryer is broken. He is doing the same as he done before for arguing that a broken A/C unit that we ask ed to either make it work or Change is working well. Because of that we have to stay our rooms and not utilise our living room the hot days.

Julian the apartment manager is attentive and extremely competent. He was very responsive to any questions and concerns I had during the 2.5 years that I lived there. Overall I enjoyed the stay and nature that we got to see around the apartment. I would recommend this apartment to others looking in the area.

My fiancé and I enjoyed our time living here and would recommend other people living here! The community that lives here is respectful, nice, and quiet. The community areas are clean and well kept. The pool was my favorite amenidty - relaxing and a cute view of the nearby pond. Management and maintenence was responsive and professional when we needed their assistance.

I never leave reviews, but Cedars Lakeside is worth them all! Truly an amazing community. If you are looking in the Roseville/Little Canada area, this is the spot to be. The apartments are well maintained, management is quick and reliable, and the people are the absolute best. Julian and John are so helpful and kind! The only reason I am moving is because of location, but I wish I had lived here longer.

My husband and I have loved living at Cedars Lakeside for the past year! Our 1Bedroom unit has lots of space/storage, and it was great having a storage unit come with rent. Management is EXCELLENT - friendly, responds to requests promptly, and communicative. We are moving for the sole purpose of a different location, but wish we could take Julian and Zach with us! This is a great complex.
