Chapter 7 is designed for debtors in financial difficulty who do not have the ability to pay their existing debts. Bankruptcy court can determine that a debt is not discharged if a creditor can prove that a debt arose from fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, or theft, or from a willful and malicious injury.
Chapter 11
Report
Chapter 11 bankruptcy is a form of bankruptcy reorganization available to individuals, corporations and partnerships. It has no limits on the amount of debt, as Chapter 13 does. It is the usual choice for large businesses seeking to restructure their debt. The debtor usually remains in possession of its assets, and operates the business under the supervision of the court and for the benefit of creditors.

A Ch. 13 Bankruptcy is designed for individuals with regular income who would like to pay some debts in installments over a period of time. Plan may also lower your interest rate on certain secured debts down to the prime rate of interest. As of 2020, the prime rate is 4.75%. In a Ch. 13 Bankruptcy, you may be able to "cram-down" certain secured debts.
