You should include everyone who will be living in the apartment, including those under the age of 18 and guarantors (if applicable). Everyone 18 and older will be listed as a leaseholder for your apartment. If you are the first person filling out the application, you will be prompted in Step 4 to invite, via email, all persons 18 and older to complete an individual application.
