I had always said I would never build a house because the idea sounded too stressful. Then a practically empty housing market in our district in 2019 pushed us to turn to Michael with Harrington to pursue building a home. Their home building process is extremely well planned and is as far from stressful as it could be. Michael and Lisa are wonderful to work with throughout the home building process and afterwards. Good value for the money. Homes have nice detail. Mark & staff are terrific. I'd advise you chk in throughout construction.. catch any mistakes early when corrections can be made. Would build w/Harrington again!!
