From the moment I walked in, the office was really beautiful and comfortable to wait in. There was enough seating, and enough space to walk around. The front desk staff were so welcoming, cheerful, and quick to check me in. The provider's assistant was so sweet, cheerful, accommodating, and took my medical information without making me feel rushed about it.
However, my visit with the actual provider was not one to write home about... I did not feel my concerns were taken seriously, my questions about specific areas were

Erin Brimhall is the best dermatologist! Had an issue with melanoma and Erin as well as the staff handled it phenomenally! From letting me know the issue in detail to referring me to an oncologist. Its a scary situation but I would not want to go through it with anyone other the Well Ave group.

Erin Brimhall, is not only knowledgable and experienced, she takes her time and has a great bedside manner. She cares about her patient's comfort and is a friendly and positive person. Her skill was evident not only in the way she identified the lesions that were abnormal, but also in the steps she took to excise them and to minimise the scars. Her staff is great too. Very kind, skilled and gentle.

A friend recommended Erin Brimhall so I mad an appointment with her, unfortunately I never saw Erin Brimhall. I saw an assistant. She was very nice & seemed competent, but she was not the person I made the appointment with. Not sure why this happened, but I wasn't happy that I did not see the person I had the appointment with.

I went for my appointment today to see Erin Brimhall. The office is absolutely beautiful! It has a very comfortable feel to it but also very professional. The people behind the desk were attentive and very kind. When I saw Erin Brimall, she truly listened to my concerns. She took the time to explain my options and helped me come up with a plan that I was comfortable with. I am so happy to visit her for my skincare needs!

After my wife and I enjoyed the services of WellAve Dermatology that included lesion diagnosis, medication and surgery in another location I have chosen to continue my relationship with office visits to their office facility in Annapolis. I have been highly impressed by the competence and personal attention of their medical principals their support staff and, I plan to continue to utilize their service for the indefinite future.
