What a joke. My entire order was wrong. I got flowers and two chocolate bars for my mom as a surprise. I chose the "Thinking of You" card. Wrong flowers, wrong chocolates, and a happy birthday card. Absolutely ridiculous. My dad swears by the place but I will never order flowers from here again. I would've understood if they were out of the items I ordered, but I would expect a call or an email asking if substitutes were okay. Very upset.

Enjoyed the atmosphere, but was kicked out by management due to irritability. Doesn't take kindly to college students, but otherwise wonderful place.
