I visited Enlighten for a surgery consultation with the RN specialist and I must say that the Enlighten staff are amazing. They were very attentive to all my concerns and are very knowledgeable. They made me feel very welcomed and I plan to do my surgery in the upcoming month. Check them out, they have some great specials going on

I recently had fillers and developed a bump and blk and blue that has now been almost a month post procedure. When I went in to show my eye I was told that I had signed consent and acknowledged the possibility of this happening. What was most alarming was tje comment of trial and error. While this possibility is not common its possible.
To make it better because it was agreed the results were not what they should be , they offered more filler for $300 plus . At the very least some cream was suggested that would again cost me $65. I was made to feel like so sorry, my bad. Its not the fact that

I have an excellent experience at Enlighten Body Medspa every time I go in. London is amazing. She is super sweet and caring and always goes the extra mile to make you feel like family. She will always follow up and try to get the best appointment times to work with my schedule and also takes the time to listen to my concerns. Maria and Monica are both fantastic as well and treatments are always a pleasure. The spa is very clean, which is also a huge plus in these trying times. This is a plastic surgeon office that does not do consultations for surgery. You have to see a tech which gives you information and suggestions on what to have done. I would not take advice from a technician for what surgery to have done and to explain the surgeries pros and cons. And I've never heard of a plastic surgeon's office that would not give a consultation to discuss these matters. No thanks, especially when every other place for plastic surgery you get a consultation with a doctor to discuss the surgeries, compi and options.

I got a groupon for the accent pixel RF, I called a couple days before I went in so they took me spur-of-the-moment... there is no wait, they were very nice and oh my God that thing did so good on my skin!! I was only burnt for like 3 days and then the skin that came out was so beautiful!! I highly recommend the Pixel. I was Freaking out for a couple days because you look burned. But it leaves quickly With the right treatment I guess I don't know I put on organic masks that I made at home with blueberries bananas aloe I also used honey. I took algae pills lol I did it all

Came in for laser hair removal on my underarms. Staff was friendly and very hospitable from start to finish! They made sure I was comfortable and educated me about the service during the consultation. Spa was clean and decor was beautiful. I highly recommend Sarah to get this service with!

I moved to Florida from another state and started going to a Med spa in Doctor Phillips to follow up with my skincare, due to having battled acne, oily skin, and discoloration for so many years. However, I was very dissatisfied with that service and felt rather discouraged about my options for my skincare in this new area. If I could put No stars I absolutely would!!! The customer service is the absolute worst. I was overcharged, lied to about the services they sold me. They never answer the phone, I called various times to address the issue of the overcharge and also them processing a payment without my consent. They never answer their phone, the line is always busy. When they did answer I was told they could not help me with the charge issue. I finally decided to try to schedule my appointment for the services I paid for and not only was the receptionist rude but she made me aware that what I was told was incorrect

I went to do another lipo on my tights,dr miles did wonderful,always smiley and patient,really an artist.
Dawn again very helpful,every time I have a question,she will respond quickly to my texts.
Ivette the frond desk lady is amazing,really the perfect person to give you the first good impression about the place.
Highly recommend this spa.

Dawn and the entire staff are wonderful and the facility is beautiful. I am getting married in October and they have customized a "Bridal Beauty Plan" to help get me ready for the big day. Even after just a few treatments, I can see the results of the Hydrafacials and the Accent skin tightening they are using to tighten the "jigglies" on my arms. Highly recommended.
