Gael Force Jiu Jitsu (BJJ) is located less than a mile from Route 80 on Route 206 in Flanders, NJ. We are housed in a 3000 square foot, modern facility. Our waiting room offers a large window in order to provide view access to classes in progress. We have private men and women's changing rooms. We offer complimentary wireless internet throughout the facility.
Our zebra mats are disinfected after every class and steam sanitized every Sunday, cleanliness and safety are among our top priorities. We offer a values based kids program developed by Alex, who has over 10 years experience teaching in the public school system. We are affiliated with one of New Jersey's most recognized names in Jiu Jitsu BJJ, Jamie Cruz.

Class Schedule

This class is designed to teach the basic movements and techniques of Jiu Jitsu. In this class you can expect a 10 to 15 minute warm-up, 35 minutes of technique and 10 minutes of positional training. In this class we take the foundation learned in fundamentals class and expand upon it. You can expect a 10 minute warm up, 20 minutes of technique and 30 minutes of live training.
