Wanted to drop you a quick note to let you know how happy my parents are with the care they are getting at SpringBrook. As I am sure you know, this is an unsettling transition for seniors and I must say that the staff has done a very good job to minimize the "fear factor" that my parents felt. All reports I get from my parents are positive.
