I had a great experience with sunmark while closing a auto loan on my new truck. Waseem Samuel was awesome and very friendly during the process and very helpful too. I would definitely recommend anyone to go here in the near future

Seems generous to give 1 star when I got 0 response to my call to ask about mortgage refinancing options. I was told it would be 3 days due to being busy with the low rates. OK, no problem. I waited more than a week. Called back and was told they would call me at 3 that afternoon or the next. Another week has passed. Still nothing.

Went to pick up a check for my auto loan, in and out in less than ten minutes. I did DocuSign so that helped as I didnt have to spend countless hours reviewing documents in the bank.
