Was almost run off the road by one of their vans. Van license plate number is EVZ-492. If you want to get into an accident use them as they will drive right into you.

On January 29th I made an appt. to have my oil changed, using a coupon from a postcard received in the mail. Dropped off car, asked them to change oil and replace back wiper blade, and to call when done. Asked if it would take longer than 2 hours, told no. After over 2 hours with no call, I called and asked if the work was done. The man who took my call said that my air filter was the dirtiest one he had ever seen, so he changed it. REALLY? I asked if it was usual for this shop to do work that the customer had NOT requested without asking first.

!st used these guys 7/11 & and felt like I was given an honest, affordable and realistic experience. Dan, Miranda, the whole team made me feel taken care of. As a female I've been made to feel uncomfortable in the past, made to feel rather stupid but not here which is why I went back 6/24/13. I've got a 13 yr old car & wonder each time if the $ is worth spending but it's a Subaru w/137600 mls, a bit rusty & dinged up which run forever or fall apart & know that when it's time to stop spending on it these guys will tell me..Even my husband liked them & will use them in the future & he doesn't change
