Staff were helpful. Clerk behind the counter shared her experience, which was reassuring. Pharmacist guided me through details and offered his own personal routine advice, which was valuable. Parking is free in a lot adjacent to the building. The pharmacy is located at the bottom of an office building at extremely busy intersection. I needed to be patient getting in and out of the parking lot.
Pharmacy offers a delivery service too for a small fee. Ask them for specifics. They sell holistic items like crystals, oils and essences too.

Truly, this pharmacy is worth the trip -- an old-fashioned drug store with individual care. I have 12 drugs and the mail-order and chain pharmacies would not deal with emergencies or any issue beyond the basics. And Knowles offers home delivery and 90-day supplies.

Please update your business hours. Google says open Saturday so I came from Gaithersburg and low and behold you are closed. I can re-review once I actually get the px I paid for and was hoping to pick up today (since I work during the week and it closes before I get off)

I spoke with several people who work here as I placed my first compounded order and had a number of questions. Every single person was knowledgeable, courteous, and went out of their way to find out the answer and offer me background information. The price was better than at other area compounding pharmacies and I had a wonderfully pleasant experience. I even got to meet Alan, the owner, who was delightful. They also have free parking. I will be shopping here in the future for my pharmacy needs.

Excellent apothecary and Jessie helps me with my ever changing supplements consistently. They also deliver for small fee. I can always count on Knowles and if they dont have it they will find it and advise on brands. Pricing is reasonable too. Great stock. Jessie is incredibly helpful and very knowledgable and I am very grateful as I was ill when I first started buying from them. They couldnt be more professional and helpful. I am blessed to have such a good source of supplements in my neighborhood.
