This service addresses chronic pain patterns and postural dysfunctions by combining deep tissue work with movement assessment. Each session includes personalized treatment plans to restore proper muscle function and improve range of motion for long-term relief.
Corrective Exercise
This specialized program identifies movement pattern dysfunctions and provides targeted corrective strategies. Our Certified Exercise Specialists use postural analysis to develop personalized home exercise programs that improve neuromuscular efficiency. The service combines self-myofascial release techniques with motor control training to enhance functional movement patterns for daily activities and athletic performance.
Maintenance Massage
Designed as a proactive wellness strategy, our Maintenance Massage focuses on preventing soft tissue dysfunction through regular therapeutic sessions. This service addresses minor aches before they develop into chronic issues using a combination of deep tissue work and mobility assessment. Ideal for clients seeking ongoing musculoskeletal health maintenance and stress reduction.
Active Release Technique
This specialized movement-based therapy treats soft tissue restrictions through precise manual manipulation combined with active client participation. Our practitioners address specific conditions like carpal tunnel syndrome and sports injuries by restoring normal tissue texture and movement. The technique combines assessment and treatment to resolve acute injuries and chronic overuse conditions.
Cupping Therapy
Our Cupping Therapy uses negative pressure to decompress soft tissues and improve circulation. This service effectively treats myofascial pain syndromes by separating tissue layers and reducing adhesions. The technique enhances blood flow to injured areas while complementing traditional massage therapy for accelerated healing and improved range of motion.

Questions
What makes corrective massage different from regular massage?
Corrective massage focuses on resolving specific musculoskeletal imbalances through targeted techniques and movement assessment rather than general relaxation. Our sessions address postural dysfunctions and chronic pain patterns.
Do I need a referral to schedule an appointment?
No referral is required. We welcome self-referred clients and collaborate with healthcare providers when needed for comprehensive care.
What should I wear to my massage session?
Wear comfortable clothing that allows movement. For postural assessment, we recommend athletic wear that shows your natural posture and movement patterns.
How many sessions will I need for chronic pain relief?
Treatment plans vary by condition. Most clients experience improvement within 4-6 sessions combined with corrective exercises. We provide personalized recommendations after initial assessment.
Do you accept insurance for massage therapy?
We provide documentation for potential insurance reimbursement. Check with your provider about out-of-network benefits for therapeutic massage services.
Can massage therapy help with sports injury recovery?
Yes, our sports massage techniques accelerate recovery from injuries like sprains and strains. We combine manual therapy with corrective exercises to restore function and prevent re-injury.

Went in with upper back pain. John was very professional and knowledgeable, my back feels great now after months of hurting, and he took the time to tell me exactly what was causing that muscle to hurt and went into depth, along with stretches and things I should do around the house to keep it from getting sore again. Highly recommend!

These people are the real deal. I wish I could hire them to be our personal massage therapists and carry them around to everywhere we travel and move. Both my husband and I have received multiple treatments and they were amazing! Some of the best treatments we've ever received! Professional and knowledgeable, they definitely know what they are doing! We'd give them 10 stars if we could, highly recommended!!!!

Hands down the best massage in the South. I had a $500 massage at the Madarin Oriental in Atlanta... if I lived in Atlanta I would drive to Auburn Corrective Massage and be happier.

I workout with a fairly high volume and can get some nagging issues from time to time. John and Rebecca Hall have always corrected or mitigated any issue I brought to them. I would recommend them to anyone, anytime. Good people, friendly, and professional.

I've been going to John for massage therapy for a year now. Ever since I was diagnosed with Juvenile Disc Disorder at the age of 13, I've been to several chiros, PT's, and massage therapists over the last 18 years. Going to ACMT twice a month, combined with sufficient mobility work and CrossFit, has yielded the best results I've ever had since being diagnosed!
