The owner did the best carpet cleaning we've ever has done.. took lots of time pre spraying, then really worked on the carpet. The carpet was NOT very wet when he was done, also "raked" the carpet when he was done...I think the truck mounted gives a great clean!!. VERY Happy...see you again.

We had a water leak in the kitchen and SOS had a person there within 60 minutes of calling them. The technician (Mark) assessed the situation quickly and began the process of fixing the problem, cleaning up, and drying out the flooring. He was very courteous, thorough, thoughtful, and eager to help us solve this problem. He went above and beyond in taking care of our situation to our satisfaction. I wouldn't hesitate to call SOS again, should the need arise for their services.
