Bob was amazing when I called to set up the inspection of the home I am purchasing outside of the Outer Banks! I had heard great things about OBX Inspector Inc and was delighted when he told me they did in fact travel to my new area! Christian did my inspections and when I called with questions he was very pleasant to speak with and answered my questions thoroughly! He delivered his report quickly and clear, a huge plus for anyone who does not understand all the lingo.
