I would NOT recommend this company to anybody. They serviced my a/c unit on May 13 and their substandard work did not hold up 10 days. I called them to report the issue and they refused to come back out without wanting to charge another trip. Horrible customer service. Never again. They dont stand behind their work, no warranty, no nothing without them wanting more money.

I have used Baton Rouge Heat and Air for many years and they have come to my rescue many times. Today, we were out of town and the pan over flowed. They sent a tech out quickly and fixed the problem all with out me being there. Once the a/c was working again, they called me to give me all the details.
