I contacted Best to get my furnace winter ready. The service tech arrived, went to my basement. Within 5 minutes he called me down and told me I was going to need a new furnace motor. There has never been any issues with my furnace except for occasionally needing to clean the flame sensor. He was finished with the entire service call in approx 10 minutes. I was charged $130 for the visit and given an estimate of $375 plus $85/hr labor for a new motor. (Which by the way, Best never attempted to consider the amount I had just paid for a 10 minute inspection.)

Eric and Jeff did a great job! They were great at answering my questions and concerns and did everything I needed. Also, did a great job with keeping everything clean and tidy. Great work by these guys. Professional from the initial call to finished work. Jay helped managed the repair time when I had to change it twice. Tech called 30 min out, and was extremely knowledgable and efficient. I had used two other companies previously and not satisfied. Best did great work at a fair price. Highly recommend!
