The Harvest would be a great choice for your loved one if you are looking for a place that is like a home away from home. I was caring for my mom for months prior to and following when she was placed on hospice, but it was becoming too much for me continue doing (if you're a caregiver reading this, you know that caregiving can be overwhelming). Her hospice provider recommended The Harvest in Fowler, which was very convenient for us because I live in Kingsburg. Two years ago my sisters and I had to make the decision to place our mother in an assisted living facility. We chose The Harvest in Fowler, California, which was convenient to me, since I live in Fowler. This was the best decision we could've made. The Harvest was always clean and well kept. Most of the employees were long term, which says a lot about management and the owners.
