Nora Fagan graduated from the Texas Jewelry Institure in jewelry technology in 1989 and the Gemological Institue of America (GIA) in 1990. She has been doing business as a jeweler for 18+ years. Her belief in taking care of her customers has defined her time as a jewelers and what sets her apart from chain jewelry stores.
