In over a decade as a lawyer, I've handled thousands of felony and misdemeanor cases. I have worked as a Deputy District Attorney in the Santa Barbara County District Attorney's Office and Shasta County District Attorney's Office. After leaving the District Attorney's Office, I have used my skills and experience as a prosecutor to successfully defend people charged with crimes.

I have many years of experience in civil litigation where I have helped a multitude of employees who experienced discrimination, harassment or retaliation in the workplace. I have assisted many plaintiffs in obtaining the wages they were owed under the law. I have handled thousands of misdemeanor, felonies, DUIs, battery, theft, drug possession, public intoxication, resisting arrest and more.
