Laser Dentistry / Tongue and Lip Tie Procedures
Report
Soft tissue laser is used to complete revisions to soft tissues. From infants who are just hours old to older children, tongue and lip ties can prevent problems. The laser is used to release the tight frenum or frenulum. Tongue and lip ties can help the overall health of the child.

Laser treatments can sound like a frightening experience, but in reality, it is a less invasive procedure that focuses on a small beam of light to remove tissue, reduce bleeding, and even swelling. This proves useful to treat conditions like tongue and lip ties. It can also be used on older children to help teeth come in easier or remove gum tissue for a Moree esthetic smile.
Endodontics
Report
Endodontics refers to a focused treatment of the inside of the tooth, also called the pulp and root canals where the nerve and blood supply are located. On grown-up teeth, these are root canal procedures. On baby teeth, they can be pulpotomies or pulpectomies. Pulpomtomies and pulpectomies are procedures that help treat the nerve of the baby teeth.
Orthodontics
Report
Orthodontic treatments have many benefits, both esthetically and functionally. When required, Explorer Pediatric Dentistry can help your child have a perfect smile with a healthy and functional bite by allowing teeth to function as intended. Besides improving functionality, aesthetics are an added but very welcomed bonus of pediatric orthodontics.
