Dr. Hooper is a native to Virginia and the Virginia Beach area. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Biology from James Madison University then received his Doctor of Dental Surgery from Medical College of Virginia School of Dentistry in Richmond, VA where he graduated Magna cum lade. His love for learning and the dental field didn't stop there.
He went on to complete a Post Doctoral Fellowship at the University of Missouri at Kansas City and soon after got involved in the dental community as an international speaker and published author. Dr. Hooper lectures internationally at major meetings, including ADA, Hinman, Greater New York, California, Virginia, Yankee, & UBC.
