Never walked into the office. But the reviews are correct- simply rude. I called to make an appointment, and the Russian receptionist was beyond rude over the phone. 3 more weeks until its the next month and she wont let me book an appointment for next month. Claims they can only book in the current month... I never heard of that in my life, I scheduled an appointment with plenty of doctors for next month and they work with the scheduling.
Anyway, they are losing money, fire that Russian receptionist ASAP.
