George's Greek Cafe has expanded from its humble beginnings as a delicatessen into three full-service, family restaurants in Downtown Long Beach, Belmont Shore and Lakewood. We also have a convenient location in the Long Beach Airport and our mobile kitchen allows us to bring the George's dining experience to you, wherever you are.

We continue to follow Mama Rodou's recipes (which were passed down to her from her grandmother), we use only the finest imported ingredients: such as first cold pressed extra virgin olive oil from Greece and premium, hormone-free, grass-fed lamb from New Zealand.

This is our flagship location, where George's Greek Cafe's got its start. We are located 0.3 miles from the Long Beach Convention Center on the historic Restaurant Row in Downtown Long Beach. Our courtyard area holds 20 to 400 guests and transforms into an elegant space with an open air feel.
In addition to an amazing urban vibe, our downtown location is just minutes from the multitude of special events held throughout the year, such as the Toyota Grand Prix of Long Beach, the annual New Year's Eve Party, the Long Beach Jazz Festival, the Catalina Ski Race, and the Long Beach Lesbian & Gay Pride Celebration.

Our very own, locally famous, succulent New Zealand Lamb Chopsmarinated in Lemon Juice, * EVOO, Oregano, and Spices. Baked Filo stuffed with Feta Cheese, Spinach, and Spices with Tomato, Cucumber, and Onion Salad.
