I absolutely love Dr. Trickett! I followed her from one practice to this one, yes she is so worth it! The office staff are so nice and you can tell they all care from the receptionist at the front desk to the checkout rep A1 service!

This office does not appear to be considerate of your time. The email that is sent to you prior to appointment stresses the importance of arriving 15 mins ahead of time, as I did. The check in process was smooth, and the front desk staff was friendly. My issue is that I was taken back to the exam room at 10:40 am, for a consultation, and at 12 pm, had not been seen. This is unacceptable, especially with little to no updates. I tried asking for an update from the MA, whom was also very inconsiderate, with a poor explanation of wait time. However, once Dr Hurley and Sara came in, the appointment

I moved to Dallas within the last year and a half and needed to get situated with a good dermatologist. I see Catherine Millet for any and all skin issues and she is incredible - friendly, warm, thorough, and explains everything. They are great about accommodating last-minute appointments as well, which I am incredibly grateful for. I have also seen Dr. Damanpour, who is beyond lovely. She helped with a skin issue I was having with I couldn't be seen by anyone else and was just as warm and thorough as the rest of the team. The staff are also very helpful and I am always seen within five minutes

I really enjoyed my visit here. The facility was transparent about billing and whether or not my insurance was covered.
Dr. Damanpour and her medical assistant were helpful, kind, and professional. All my questions were answered politely, and I greatly appreciated all their recommendations. I would recommend this place!
