Adirondack Carousel
A unique Adirondack attraction celebrating old fashioned fun for all ages through entertainment, art, and education. Families must present their EBT card and a valid form of photo ID on entering the Carousel. The Adirondack Carousel carvers were selected based on their skills, carving sophistication, and quality of embellishments after a review of their previous work.

Two hours of Carousel fun with unlimited carousel rides, use of our private party room and catering kitchen. In 2001, Karen Loeffler and a committed group of local residents, supported by the close-knit community-minded people in the small village of Saranac Lake, met to address the logistics of creating a carousel.

Being a Carousel volunteer is its own reward, seeing the surprise on the faces of little children as they see the Carousel for the first time, hearing the laughter and meeting people who have traveled here from near and far. Your happiness adds to the power of the Carousel to make others happy.

Thanks to the generosity of our many contributors, we have been able to create our magnificent one of a kind carousel. While we cover many of our operating expenses with ride tokens and admission tickets to special fundraising events, we also need donations, and gifts to cover maintenance costs, provide rides to children from low-income families, and add to our very popular children's play area.
