Katie J. Photography is a leading Portrait Photographer specializing in Newborn, Family, Maternity, & Senior sessions to capture your special moments to treasure for years to come. This is our 2nd summer taking pictures with Katie. They always turn out amazing! She is so good with our girls and knows how to bring out their best smiles and personalities.

She is very professional and knows where/when to take the best pictures! I've gotten so many compliments on our family pictures and questions about who's taken them! I highly recommend Katie! Katie is a master with newborn photos! She sets up the environment (temperature, props, shusher, etc) to make the baby sleepy and comfortable.

I fell in love with photography kind of on accident. About half way through my freshman year at the University of Central Oklahoma I realized I had no idea what I wanted to do with my life. I started browsing through the electives and thought it would be fun to take a photography class, but when I went to enroll I discovered only photography majors could take photography classes.

I recommend booking your newborn session when you are in the middle of your second trimester. I only take on a limited number of newborns each month to ensure I am free to accommodate them all within the needed time frame once they arrive. All newborn sessions take place in my Carbondale studio and are scheduled on Monday's, Wednesday's and Friday's at 10:00am.

I want to help you capture every precious milestone your baby reaches in their first year from the first smile to those first few precious steps. This package includes a newborn, sitter (6-7 months) and cake smash session (save $100). The minimum order requirement applies to each session. We can design the session together; pick the colors, theme, decorations and everything else!
