I rarely submit reviews but this business is deserving. I was taken back with great customer service that I feel is lacking these days. I spoke to Amelia when I called about decorating an adult birthday party. Their business was booked for the day I needed however, Amelia took the time to recommend another company she thought could help me. Very helpful, very polite and extremely professional. I really appreciate the few extra minutes she took to be kind and helpful. Thank you and God Bless you Amelia;)

Victoria and her team at Genesis have been a Godsend! My sister and I came to her to help plan my parents surprise 50th anniversary party and we would not have made it without Victoria. We both work full time and had little free time to meet, let alone plan this whole event ourselves. She made sure she knew us and our parents well, ensuring she would help us make the best possible choices. She not only created a beautiful memory for my family, but saved us time, stress and money along the way. Thank you!

I can not say enough about this team. The event they planned for me was above and beyond anything that I could have imagined. They exceeded my expectations by far. My vision came to life and everything turned out absolutely perfect. They were very professional and catered to my every need, whether it was big or small. Victoria is the BEST! I had so much fun with them planing my wedding. It seemed less like checking off a stressful list and more like catching up with friends whenever we had a meeting. They made us feel like we were family and what we felt really mattered to them. They were especially helpful in bringing our parents together and helping them understand our cultural differences and how we could blend them together to make a unique wedding, honoring both. I can't wait to plan our next milestone with the Genesis team!
