SS 2021 is inspired by England, its 19th century Victorian embroidery, 18th century ornate Wedgewood Jasperware and the delicate Cow parsley flower with its fern like foliage native to the English countryside. Retracing my steps back to my Central Saint Martins days, digging into the archives "Anglaise Broderie" fascinated me with its intricate technique.
Combining it with inspiration from the legendary Jasperware Wedgewood our theme for the season was ornate and minimal with neutral pastel colors depicting "Less is More." Finally, the native English Cow Parsley growing wildly in the countryside adds a new slant to a fresh and sun kissed affair.
