I asked about what I was getting the car for(with no real answer but that finance will go over that) I asked about my credit score and didn't know until almost the end, the paperwork was flown through(yes I appreciate people staying over closing to get it done) but felt rushed. No explanation of process to me or when I asked about what was given on my trade in, sales person said "oh I don't know". Manger looking at my car didn't come to talk to me or show me appraisal. I should of walked away from deal.

I have had every service performed here for 4 years since I bought the car. I brought it in 5+ times (in addition to every oil change) for various issues related to my transmission light coming on. I was never charged anything, but they said every time there was nothing wrong with it and to bring it in if it happens again. My warranty was getting close to expiring and I knew something was wrong with it so I took it in to Mitsubishi in Peoria. Within 5 minutes of being there I was told my car had serious issues. The transmission fluid had been overfilled causing it to boil over and set off the transmission
