The instructors always strive to make sure they have the skills they need to achieve their goals. I started taking the adult classes for the fitness aspect of the class, but I ended up finding much more. I highly recommend giving the classes a try! Tyler has been with Okinawan for more than 2 years and we are loving every session and progress he is making.
