We engaged Betsy & Rich to assist us with a remodel for our cottage in Michigan. They have been a pleasure to work with and what sets them apart is their flexible engagement model and remote consultation, design and end to end project management. I originally shared pictures with Betsy and used FaceTime to walk Betsy through our home. She focused on the look / style we were trying to achieve, first. Betsy then provided design ideas so we could quickly and collaboratively decide / finalize the overall style we envisioned. The next step was going through and providing a "look book" concept to share
