Would not recommend this place for anyone looking for home health. My mother was hospitalized and sent to rehab for over a month. Upon release Sierra Healthcare was assigned to do home health care and physical therapy upon discharge. Took them 4 days after discharge to finally reach out to schedule coming to check in with my mother. Usually most places are required to make contact 24 hours - 36 hours after discharge. We have dealt with many other agencies over the years and this is the typical response time we always received. The nurse only showed up once, said they would be in-contact with her

This Has to be the best home health agency in Las Cruces. The staff is amazing, Nurses genuinely care about you health and helping you recover and the liaisons are the most helpful people in the world. 2 Thumbs Way up and I cant recommend these people more

I was there 6 months and enjoyed every moment to the end . I made valuable friends i will never forget any of them especially Jock ! God bless you and i love you dearly ! Thank you for all the care i received there. Its a wonderful place to be!
