Four Point Inspection

A four-point insurance inspection is sometimes a requirement when obtaining a new homeowners insurance policy or renewing an existing policy for houses that are 25-30 years or older. The inspections purpose is to determine the components, general condition, and age of these systems. The Insurance Company will typically require that the inspections be performed by suitably licensed and qualified persons.
Specialty Services
Report
This is a specific type of test performed when there is visible mold growth. We use a wetted swab or Bio-Tape to lift the growth off the surface and then seal it in a specialized container. This will then be forwarded to an AIHA accredited laboratory for analysis. The report will include the spore name and the description.
