He earned his medical degree and completed his internship, residency, and chief residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, as well as a fellowship in Pain Medicine from Louisiana State University School of Medicine.

If we are participating providers with your insurance carrier, you will be financially responsible for your co-pay, co-insurance and/or your deductible. We are happy to file your insurance claim as part of our service to you, however, you will be asked to make payment for your portion of the charges at the time of service.
