Waxing 101

We recommend waxing every 2 to 4 weeks depending on your hair growth. This allows the hair to grow to a recommended length and takes into account that each hair follicle is on its own growth cycle. Waxing more frequently may not give all of your hair sufficient time to grow out-perpetuating the cycle to wax more frequently.
Dos and Dont's

Waxing should NEVER be performed on a client that is using Retin-A, Accutane, Renova, Differin or any other acne medications that thin the skin. Please read the label carefully and consult your dermatologist if you are taking any medication or using any topical cream that contains these medications.
Brow Henna

We will be going over the full manual for the first hour and a half, a live model demonstration by instructor, followed by lunch. After lunch students will be paired up to work on receiving the henna service as well as applying the henna, this takes approx. 2 hours. Models arrive for everyone to work on.
