My husband and I went into the store on October 10. We had been there the day before and found some items we wanted to purchase as a gift. There was a gentleman that was very helpful but there was a young lady who we believe was the manager that seemed irritated that we were asking questions. Like Christine mentioned, I had a similar experience when returning an item. I bought a gift for someone for Christmas and returned items TWICE. Finally, I thought, let me just get my money back and go elsewhere. Little did I know there is no returns whatsoever, only store credit. Patricia never informed me the TWO times I returned something that I wouldnt get my money back. What the hell am I going to do with store credit??? I dont even live here, so I cant come back. Terrible customer service. Make sure you really want something and dont buy a gift for someone or else youre going
