The Bissonette family has been in the real estate business for over 35 years. Our portfolio is located primarily in Burlington, VT with the majority of our apartments being in the Old North End. We also have properties convenient to the Old North End, University of Vermont, and Champlain College. Bissonette Properties has built our business by providing responsive tenant services.

Denise was born in New Hampshire and graduated from St. Michael's College and hasn't left Vermont since! As Bissonette Properties newest team member, Denise works as the first point of contact for all tenants and is always happy to help! Margo has been with Bissonette Properties since October of 2015.

All guidelines are outlined in the pet addendum you are required to sign if you decide to have a pet. INSURANCE- Are you insured?
Leasing Information

Upon signing your lease it is your responsibility to call and have all utilities switched into your name prior to your move-in date. You must keep all utilities in your name for the entire duration of your lease. Please follow these guidelines provided by the City of Burlington for proper disposal of all trash and waste.
