I saw three surgeons before choosing my surgeon. Dr Setty, his office and staff were the whole package. When making appointments his office was my first choice for the location but of course that was not the most important part of picking a surgeon. I booked a complimentary consultation, where I met with Giovanna the medical assistant and Dr. Setty. Both of them were very professional but also personable. They made me feel comfortable, along with giving me all the information and choices for my surgery. The office is clean and welcoming and did not feel like a doctors office. I was able to book

I've never had plastic surgery before and when I finally decided to do it, I thought of Setty because I drive by it all the time. My plan was to visit multiple offices but they impressed me so much i scheduled at the first appointment. They took great care of me! After reading many positive reviews, I booked a major (and expensive) procedure. There was no contact between the time of payment through the day before surgery (2 weeks). The day before I called to ask about pre-surgery do's and dont's since it was obvious my health wasn't a priority. I questioned if the anesthesiologist would contact me as I was advised in the pre-op appointment 2 weeks prior and was told "we have no control over that". I take prescriptions for insomnia and anxiety. I needed to know if I could continue my regular regimen the night before but received
