Received a quote, sent in the deposit October 22, no communication, I had to reach out for scheduling then we settled on a date via email when that date arrived (Nov 11) and I called to re-confirm, I was given the runaround and that the office could not reach anyone they were sorry, I took off work for this appointment. When my husband got in touch with them late that afternoon and the tech was in the office he said there was a scheduling problem. Had they conveyed that when I called at 9:00am that morning I could have rescheduled and went to work. Speaking with other clients in my neighborhood

We're very pleased with the black vinyl chain link fencing installed by Brennan's! They were prompt, efficient and professional. They installed to our specifications, and gave us a few greatly appreciated recommendations. Two little puppies are thoroughly enjoying a safe and roomy backyard area to run off their energy, away from our busy road!

As others have mentioned, the problem with this company is their lack of communication from the front office to their customers. Yesterday afternoon was our designated fence repair window (which was confirmed to me in an e-mail last Friday). I waited here at home all afternoon. No crew showed up and no one called to keep me informed or to reschedule the job. I finally called the owner around 5:00 pm and firmly told him that I expected his crew here first thing this morning to do the job. He told me someone would call me by 7:30 this morning to let me know when the crew would be here. Again, no

Overall, the fence looks fine and we are happy with it. I am a small business owner and know how important reviews are, but I need to be honest about working with Brennans. It took months for us to get our fence installed by this company. We had days where no one showed up to work when they said they would. The office staff did not seem to know why. A supervisor showed up one day thinking the workers would be here and they hadnt been here in days. Poor communication in our opinion. The biggest thing that was NOT ok for us was that they left original METAL poles cut... exposed through the
