Radon Awareness
Report
Radon is a cancer-causing, radioactive gas. You cannot see, smell or taste radon, but it may be a problem in your home. The Surgeon General has warned that radon is the second leading cause of lung cancer in the United States today. If you smoke and your home has high radon levels, you're at high risk for developing lung cancer.
Types of Home Inspections
Report
Seller inspections (Move In Certified Inspections) are not as common but are the most undervalued type of inspection. These clients take a step in the right direction by having the home inspected for the purpose of: disclosing defects, and or repairing defects found during the inspection before the home is put on the market.
