Services
Our chiropractor treats symptoms originating in the vertebrae by manipulations. If the origin of the patient's symptoms are in or adjacent to the spinal column, this treatment relieves these symptoms by removing pressure off of key nerves and other tissues. Our massage therapist uses therapeutic ultrasound and a variety of soft-tissue release techniques to effect a return of flexibility to the affected areas of a patient's symptoms.
Following a traumatic event such as an auto accident, spinal misalignments can compress important nerves, interfering with signals that allow the body to heal properly. Chiropractic treatment is a safe, gentle, and effective form of therapy equipped to address and care for these obstructions by removing pressure off of key nerves and other tissues.
Each of the independent practices within Exacta Care utilizes a state-of-the-art Electronic Health Records (EHR) system which assists providers in coordinating the best care for each patient. Additionally, the integrated platform allows attorneys to have digital access to a patient's medical and billing records in real time - introducing transparency, efficiency and improved patient compliance.
We've mentioned how common neck and back pain are after an accident. Of course, connected intricately with these areas, and really all of the body, is the spine. So thankful I was able to find the care at Exacta Care !! The staff and Dr. Brian are wonderful!! They understand the pain you have experienced from being in a car accident. And Dr. Brian takes his time to let you explain all the trauma you’ve be through. Thank y’all so much for taking care of me through this process! My name is Christina S. I was involved in a accident back in January and sent to Exacta care for treatment. I honestly can say that as traumatic as this experience has been for me, Dr. Guetter and especially his front office staff and nurses have been exceptionally caring and kind and just very very attentive to my every need. I would highly recommend anyone needing chiropractor treatment to Exacta care. I don't think I would have made it to where I am today I'd it wasn't for such a great doctor and caring staff! 5 🌟 without a doubt!

Excellent service..The staff members as well as the doctor were very professional, organized and helpful. I appreciated the time and attention that was given to me and my daughter during this rough time.. everyone was always upbeat and happy. It was a great environment to be around. I would recommend anyone to go see the best staff I've been around in a while.. Again I'm very thankful to have had the staff caring for us with such wonderful spirits!!
