Really disappointed. Initially asked them to come out and take a look at my Malibu that was taking on water. After phone call, they assured me they prioritize hyco customers. I met tech who identified water coming in from rope seal. He didn't have the wrench to tighten it up. Assured me he would get it taken care of. I have tried calling texting with tech and emailing Shane at least 5 times without response. This started over a month ago now and still hasn't been addressed.... Pretty frustrating as I was really hoping for a good local shop. Horrible communication.

We are new to the whole boating universe and NC Marine was one of the dealerships we reached out to. So glad that we did. Pete was quick to respond to all my inquiries and concerns. There were no pressures or hassles. These guys truly love the outdoors and you can tell that they want you to love and experience it as they do. When it was time to pick up the boat the entire crew was extremely patient and kind. Despite all my anxieties and lack of knowledge, Pete and Sean were able to ease my nerves. They helped me practice trailering to the lake and launching/loading the boat for the first time.
